Li Shan (Pear Mountain) is well irrigated year-round by melting snows and its ancient natural forests surrounding tea fields here allow in just the right amount of sunlight. It’s soft, smooth flavor. A true gem among high mountain teas. This is a green jade oolong.

Gong Fu Brew: First infusion - 5 grams / 100 mL / 95° C / 50 secs
Second infusion - 5 grams / 100 mL / 95° C / 45 secs
