The Chen family has been growing and producing tea in Nantou County for generations reaching back to the late 1800s. Their expertise and experience in cultivation and roasting are unsurpassed in regards to technique and tradition inherited from generations before them. Robust notes highlighted and brought out by artisanal processing makes for a memorable brew each and every time. Which is why I enjoy their lightly roasted oolongs, which I find unique and novel.
