Mr. Lin and his children run his family farm in the Fenghuang Mountains of Chaozhao, China. They specialize in Dan Cong Oolongs, which is unique and native to these mountains. Mr. Lin cultivates his tea trees organically and he crafts his teas using traditional techniques he has mastered from the knowledge of the last 3 generations of this family tea farm. It's inspiring to see Mr. Lin and his family working hard to spread their culture and traditions through their teas. Dan Cong oolongs are delicate and should be carefully brewed, just as in production, great care must to taken to to craft these precious teas.
